Just 90 minutes from LA, The Perch is a private, 4 acre property designed for groups who want time and space together. Our cabins offer a variety of accommodations from studios to a four bedroom cabin, and most have full kitchens. 21 bedrooms and 27 beds accommodate up to 45 people overnight. Nearby Airbnb’s can accommodate additional people (up to 85) for outdoor activities.

The Perch is the perfect place to gather, reflect, ideate, plan, or reset in a peaceful, distraction free atmosphere. Get in touch with the people you’re with and the nature around you. We’ve hosted everything from corporate planning sessions to writing retreats to fiddle workshops. Our four private acres can be used for team-building activities, and there are plenty of fun activities for group outings nearby. There’s excellent wifi throughout the property, are desks in every cabin, and desks can also be set up in the barn. We have plenty of indoor and outdoor chairs and tables, patio heaters, an AV projector and screen, and two BBQs. A variety of private and shared accommodations are possible. Group activities in the area include a vineyard, great hiking trails, snow sports in winter and lake sports in summer, and an adventure park about 20 minutes away.

The barn can hold 35 indoors. Our beautiful outdoor deck is 700 square feet. Our large cabins that are perfect for breakout sessions.
