Corporate and Team Offsites

Company retreats boost morale, foster collaboration, and encourage creative interaction.

The location of The Perch is only about an hour west of Los Angeles, but then a half hour up a mountain, to a location that offers colleagues the chance to get away from the stresses and distractions of every day.

For outdoor activities we allow up to 85 people. For indoor meals or workshops, the barn up to 35 people. Large cabins can be used for break out sessions. Our four private acres can be used for team-building activities, and there are plenty of fun activities for group outings in the area.

The Perch provides excellent wifi throughout the property, there are desks in every cabin, and desks can also be set up in the barn. We have plenty of indoor and outdoor chairs and tables, patio heaters, an AV projector and screen, and two BBQs. A variety of private and shared accommodations are possible.

A two-night, weekend retreat at The Perch includes a full buyout of our cabins, the grounds and the barn, plus cabin cleaning and basic facility support. Retreat packages start at $10,500. The basic price for a two night retreat during the week (Mon to Thurs) is $9950 plus $2000 for each additional weeknight. Additional weekend nights are $3000 per night.

Kaylin at Locale Magazine

As the managing editor of Locale, I had the privilege of being part of our 2023 team retreat committee, where we flipped the script and decided to put on our very own Adult Summer Camps California.

Maybe it’s my OC-girl nature, but pitching our own tents didn’t sound like my idea of fun, so we chose The Perch at Twin Peaks for our mountain getaway. Nestled on 4 acres and just a few miles from Lake Arrowhead, this property was perfect for our intimate team retreat. With 12 individual cabins, each of us had our own private sanctuary with views of soaring pine trees. Each interior, recently refreshed, blended modern amenities with rustic charm. The wood accents and old-school fireplaces exuded a coziness, especially after the sun went down. It was the perfect balance of comfort and style.
